Built in stainless.
Sized to the batch.
Automated separation and agitation systems for commercial processing facilities. Recipe-driven control, repeatable cycles, and throughput you specify rather than settle for.

Two lines, one capacity ladder
Every system is specified by batch size. Pick the capacity your room runs, then choose whether you need the agitation module on its own or the complete integrated platform. The two share vessels, controls and service parts, so a facility can start with one and add the other.
TSS Series
Integrated separation platforms
Water holding and chilling, agitation, recirculation, filtration and recipe-driven control on a single skid. Specified when the room is being built around one continuous process.
-

TSS-225
17 kg frozen / 3.9 kg dried
- Integrated chilling and recirculation
- Automated discharge
-

TSS-400
28 kg frozen / 6.4 kg dried
- Highest throughput in the range
- Full-platform automation
TAS Series
Automated agitation systems
Controlled agitation and automated discharge under the same recipe-driven interface, without the integrated water package. Specified when a facility already has chilling and filtration.
-

TAS-100
7 kg frozen / 1.8 kg dried
- Mobile frame, single-operator
-

TAS-225
17 kg frozen / 3.9 kg dried
- Railed access platform
-

TAS-400
28 kg frozen / 6.4 kg dried
- Large-scale production duty
And the rest of the room
Separation is one stage. We specify, supply and support the equipment either side of it, so the facility answers to one vendor rather than five.
-
Temperature-controlled processing
Insulated cold rooms with precision regulation, plus lyophilisation sized to the batch coming off the platform.
-
Water treatment and filtration
Reverse osmosis, sediment and chlorine filtration, and ice generation matched to continuous production runs.
-
Recipe-driven control
One interface across the range. Cycles are stored, repeated and handed between shifts without retraining.
-
Installation and service
Commissioning, operator training and parts support from the team that fabricated the equipment.
Why FORZA
-
Engineered, not assembled
Systems are designed and fabricated in-house in Michigan, by the engineering team that supports them afterwards.
-
Commercial scale from the start
The range is built for continuous production duty, from a single mobile unit to a fully integrated platform.
-
Stainless throughout
Sanitary stainless construction, cleanable surfaces and hardware chosen to survive daily washdown.
-
Modular by design
Add capacity or upgrade components without replacing the line. The two series share vessels, controls and parts.
-
Specified to your facility
Layout, throughput target and room classification drive the specification — not a catalogue number.
Speak with an equipment specialist
Tell us the throughput you need and the room you are putting it in. An engineer will come back with a specification and a quote — not a brochure.
