Privacy policy

Who this covers
This policy covers this page only — the FORZA equipment enquiry page. It does not cover forzasolventless.com, which publishes its own policy.
The data controller is FORZA Solventless Extraction Equipment, 2610 Bond Street, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, United States. Privacy questions and requests go to info@forzasolventless.com.
What we collect, and why
What you type into the enquiry form. Your name, company, email address and phone number, what you tell us about the equipment you are interested in and your production requirements, and anything you write in a message. We use it to answer your enquiry and prepare a specification or quote. The page normally shows a form provided by HubSpot; if that form cannot load, a simpler backup form appears in its place. Both ask for the same kind of information.
How you arrived. The page records the address you landed on, the site that
referred you, and any campaign tags on the link — utm_source,
utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term,
utm_content, and Google click identifiers. This tells us which
advertising brought you here. It is attached to your enquiry when you submit one.
Technical information. When you submit an enquiry, the time, your IP address and details of your browser are recorded — by HubSpot for the main form, or by our server for the backup form, which also notes the country your IP address resolves to. This is used to filter automated submissions, not to profile you.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, special category data. Please do not put it in the message field.
Cookies and tracking
This page uses Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking. These set cookies that measure how the page performs and whether an advertisement led to an enquiry.
Nothing non-essential runs until you allow it. The page sets Google Consent Mode to deny analytics and advertising storage by default. Those tags load but hold, and begin collecting only if you give consent through a cookie consent prompt. If no prompt is shown, they do not collect.
The enquiry form is provided by HubSpot, which may use cookies of its own to process what you submit. Typefaces are served by Adobe Fonts, and the page is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Both receive your IP address as an unavoidable part of serving the page to you.
Who else sees your enquiry
Enquiries reach FORZA's sales team and are stored in HubSpot, the customer relationship system FORZA uses to track them. Enquiries sent through the backup form are delivered to the sales team by email. They are not sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing. We use processors — Cloudflare, Google, HubSpot and Adobe — who act on our instructions.
These providers are based in the United States, so your information is processed there.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as there is a live commercial conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick the thread back up. Analytics data follows the retention set in Google Analytics. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to how we use it, or receive a copy. If you have given cookie consent, you can withdraw it at any time through the same consent prompt, and that will not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these, email info@forzasolventless.com or write to FORZA at 2610 Bond Street, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, United States. We will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
Terms of use
The specifications, capacities and cycle times on this page describe standard configurations and are indicative. They are not an offer, and they do not form part of any contract. Equipment is supplied against a written quotation and FORZA's own terms of sale. Capacity figures depend on input material, moisture, room conditions and how the equipment is operated, so your results will differ from the published numbers.
